OUR FEE STRUCTURE – IN THREE PARTS

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT FEE
For monthly management of your properties, we charge 10% of rents collected. This 10% includes rent collection, building the relationship with your resident, handling any maintenance or eviction items, accounting, and much more.
TENANT PLACEMENT FEE
Our tenant placement fee is equal to the first month’s rent. It includes the marketing, underwriting, and leasing of your property. We commit to getting you the right tenants at the right rental rate.


LEASE RENEWAL FEE
Our lease renewal fee is only $200 for every year we renew the lease. While most property managers in Jacksonville, FL and around the U.S. only offer one-year renewals, we offer one, two and three year renewals as well, saving you thousands of dollars in tenant turnover fees.
